公司创建于2002年(原津巴布韦国际旅行社)，为 国际航空运输协会(IATA)、津巴布韦旅游协会的会员单位，津巴布韦国家旅游局指定的ADS地接社。公司位于津巴布韦首都哈拉雷、维多利亚瀑布城、博茨瓦纳马翁，并在北京、山东开设了 办事处。旅行社现有员工100余人，其中中国员30余人，专职导游15人，公司分为旅游部、机票部、中餐厅、车队、船公司及财务部共六个部门。
公司成立以来，接待了大量来自国内外的公务团、商务考察团、旅游团，更是参与接待了国家主席、全国人大委员长、中国政协主席、国务院副总理等高级政府代表团对津巴布韦的国事访问，受到代表团及使馆的大力表扬。接待了众多的中国文化艺术团体到津巴布韦的演出；接待了100余个政府副部级以上高级政府代表团；浙江省贸促会、广东省贸促会等各级组织的中国企业及首届津巴布韦中国商品展等各种大众型展会。
